I started coaching 1 client in 2012 and got hooked onto helping other people achieve their goals. I now coach numerous athletes, each completing various distances with a wide range of experience and age. It’s truly exciting balancing my training, Personal training business and job, and coaching career with my family life and bringing up my two beautiful kids with the support of my partner. I believe in blending a functional strength and condition training plan with an athlete’s lifestyle as my passion is assisting athletes in having a well balanced body, therefor I incorporate a lot of injury prevention strategies, as well as nutrition advice to assist in performance and recovery. I am always continuing to educate myself in as many aspects as I can within triathlon to provide the best information and plans for each and everyone of my clients to help them achieve their goals.
