2025 World Championship Selection Info

NZ Standard Distance Triathlon at Tinman (November) Standard Aquabike at Kinloch (16th February) and NZ Sprint Distance Triathlon at Napier (February) are THE ONLY qualification races for the World Triathlon Championships in Wollongong, Australia being held on the 15th to 19th of October 2025.
NZ Sprint Distance Duathlon at Mangere Bridge (4th August), NZ Mid Distance Triathlon at The Mount Festival (18th January), NZ Mid Aquabike at The Mount Festival (18th Janurary), and NZ Aquathlon at Kinloch (15th February) are THE ONLY qualification races for the World Triathlon Multisport Championships in Pontevedra, Spain on the 20th to 29th June 2025.
There are 16 spots per age-group per gender at each qualifying event, with 4 spots left open for special circumstances. All nomination forms and policies can be found HERE or please contact mel.saltiel@triathlon.kiwi
