New partnership delivers world-class kit for New Zealand Age Group representatives
Auckland (January 27, 2026) – Aussie-made but Kiwi to the core. That’s the promise of a new three-year deal that has seen Australian sports clothing manufacturer SCODY announced as the Official Apparel Partner of the Triathlon NZ Age Group Team, as well as an Official Tri NZ Partner.
Central to the agreement, SCODY will supply Tri NZ / SCODY branded race suits, team uniforms and associated apparel for New Zealand’s Age Group Teams, supporting athletes representing Aotearoa on the world stage.
The new kit will make its debut when New Zealand’s best age groupers compete at the 2026 World Triathlon Age Group Championships Pontevedra (September 25–28) and the 2026 World Triathlon Multisport Championships Abu Dhabi (November 14–23). Tri NZ CEO Pete De Wet said the partnership underscored the national governing body’s relentless focus on enhancing the age group experience, ensuring athletes are equipped with high-performance apparel and supported by partners who understand the demands of international competition.
“We’re delighted to welcome SCODY to the Tri NZ family,” De Wet said.
“With a strong track record in triathlon, we confident of the quality SCODY will provide in every garment and that our Age Group athletes will be proud to sport their new kit on the international stage.”

Anna Russell, Tri NZ’s General Manager of Community, said the partnership stood out for both product quality and service delivery.
“SCODY produces exceptional kit that looks great and performs in all conditions, but what really impressed us was their service and responsiveness,” Russell said.
“From ordering through to delivery, their athlete-first approach will make a real difference for our members. This is an exciting partnership for Triathlon New Zealand and our community.”
SCODY Director Bernard Schreiber said the brand was proud to support New Zealand’s age group athletes as they compete on the global stage.
“SCODY are excited to be supporting one of World Triathlon’s strongest age group teams. Customer service is something SCODY take seriously and we aim to make the athletes’ uniform process easy so that they can simply focus on achieving.”
