With a background of being an accomplished sportsman across a number of codes from Ironman, Half Ironman and Multi Sport including podium finishes, Paul now coaches others to reach their peak and achieve their goals. He is a qualified Endurance coach, holds a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition as well as a BBS Major Sports Management. His coaching philosophy has three key pillars; Wellbeing, Lifestyle & Peak Performance. The first two underpinning the third.
