My passion has always been health, fitness, movement, adventuring and competing in events. Around family and work commitments I still make sure I take time most days for a run, ride, swim or strength session and enter events when I can. I decided to put my Bachelor of Physical Education degree to good use- along with my racing and training experience and started my coaching career in January 2009. Since then, I’ve worked with over a hundred athletes to get them over the finish line, whether that be their first sprint tri, or triathlon world champs. I appreciate the fine balance between training- family-work, and write programs accordingly. My programs are always individually written, specific to that particular athlete. I love the challenge of coaching- constantly trying to get the best out of each athlete, and extending their knowledge, physical and mental abilities while working towards their goals.
