Bio

Jenny had the talent, passion and support to become one of very few Kiwis to gain elite World Triathlon titles and World Cup wins. She doesn’t believe in born champions and understands that there is a long pathway of skill improvement to undertake in the quest to be as good as you can be and in the pursuit of sporting excellence.
She has multiple academic coaching titles including a Masters in Sport Coaching. She asks no less of herself as a coach as she did as an athlete and knows that her advice is golden to those around her.
Her best advice, for you – if you are not confident in the coaching responses you’re receiving don’t waste your time, passion and energy. An athlete cannot fly with a coach holding onto their leg. Be true to yourself.
