My role as your coach is to facilitate your learning and developments as an athlete so that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. Through good planning, learning, discussions, and consistent training, together we can develop a plan that is tailored to your strengths, develops your work-on’s, and compliments the other areas of your life so that you can perform to your potential on race day, what ever that means for you.
I’m currently coaching in Christchurch and am working with some fantastic people build towards a full summer of running events and triathlons. I’m beginning my training block towards Ironman Taupo 2021. It’s important to have a goal!
