Annalie loves helping other people achieve their goals. While she isn’t a superstar triathlete herself, she believes coaching success is about bringing the best out of an individual and understanding what they are aiming for, while providing structure and support to get them to where they want to be. She came to triathlon later in life. And having faced her own injury battles, she decided to qualify as a personal trainer to help ensure others didn’t go down this same path so you will find plenty of strength and conditioning sessions alongside swim, bike run ones. While she coaches athletes from all walks of life, she has a focus on peri and post-menopausal women and the changing needs and demands they face. She truly believes that once you hit 40, your best years are most definitely not behind you!
