Proudest Triathlon Moment: My proudest triathlon moment would be my performance at the National Sprint Triathlon in Napier, February 2025. As a 15 year old I won the U19 age group, and overall Women’s category. This was a huge achievement for me, especially being relatively new to the sport and not having heaps of experience racing at such a big event.
Key Goals for 25/26 Season: My key goal for 2025/2026 is competing well at the World Age Group Champs in Wollongong, and Oceania Champs in Napier early 2026. I am also excited to develop each of my disciplines and race craft.
What do you enjoy away from Triathlon?: I love spending time with friends and family, being active, and being at the beach.

Proudest Triathlon Moment: My proudest triathlon moment is my 17th place at Junior Worlds 2024 Torremolinos. While the result itself means a lot to me, it represents more than just one race as it was the culmination of an entire New Zealand and Oceania performances including a NZSS title and a silver medal at Oceania Championships to get there in the first place. I am also proud of the fact that the performance wasn’t under ideal conditions considering the gastrointestinal bug that went through the squad which I was unfortunately affected by. In saying that finishing the race knowing I left everything I had on the day makes me content with the result.
Key Goals for 25/26 Season: My key goals for the 25/26 season are to build on the momentum of previous years and take the next step towards elite international racing. My biggest goal is to medal at Junior Worlds in October. Junior Worlds is the pinnacle event for me as a last year junior and while my love for the sport will remain unchanged regardless, I would love to head into the under 23 level feeling confident about the future. My other goals are to run a fast time at Night of 5s at the end of the year and swim a 400m time I am truly satisfied with.
What do you enjoy away from Triathlon?: Outside of triathlon, I’m someone who values balance. I still love to be active even outside of the structured training grind and do enjoy playing football, golf and various racket sports. I also avidly follow Tottenham Hotspur and love to keep myself in the loop of sports like football, cricket, tennis, boxing and athletics. I am passionate about performance in all forms, so I enjoy diving into activities outside of sport, like spending time with family and friends, playing chess and studying the things I find interesting such as health and nutrition. While I absolutely adore the sport of triathlon I would love to be able to say I have an identity outside of sport.
